Andelsbolig in boligbasen.dk ?

I have recently came across boligbasen.dk,and the costs of these renting apartments are less than normal price.Wht does it mean?its seems like
Andelsbolig  are cooperative apartments and I dont have much idea about them.Can we live in those without sharing bathroom and kitchen same like we are taking some general apartments from dba and boligportal?

Has anyone living these apartments?How does it differs from another  apartments?Please reply.

	Well, this is also what I asked myself. And what about these boligselskaber? Is it easy to get a room via those? Or do you have to wait like 3 years (or does that depend on the location, e.g. in Copenhagen you would probably have to wait longer than in Kalundborg)? I am very confused.
